Dream of Hope Foundation is an NGO with activities directed towards meeting the needs of the most vulnerable and less fortunate living in our society. The majority of our beneficiaries are those whose lives were threatened or in danger and therefore fled their states, majorly Borno, in hope of a better life in Lagos.
Our objectives include promoting the interest of the poor, providing the basic social services among others. We provide Psycho-social support and relief aid to victims and survivors of crisis and insurgencies.
Aimed at less privileged children who do not have access to formal education, roam the streets of Lagos, and/or subjected to child labour. We enrol them in schools.
After school and weekend reading sessions take place where children enjoy reading one-on-one and in groups, story time, singing and refreshments.
Involves fortnightly sessions where team leaders check over the assigned pupils school work, progress and implement the necessary extra tuition.
Each child is registered to an hospital, receives a medical card which covers an array of treatments and medication for a period of one year.
Food packages and provisions are provided monthly for the poorest families. Donations to this initiative enable us to provide this necessary support.
We provide the parents or guardians of our underprivileged children with the chance to develop small business and acquire new skills.
Change the life of a child today by sponsoring a child to school or paying for medical coverage for a year.
Support our children’s learning and development by assisting us in after school and weekend Reading Club.
Dream of Hope Foundation has established grass-root connections and a healthy relationship with the public to meet our goals. We seek to transform the lives of those who look to us for help through our strong links with the community. Support us with our inititatives.
